SADNESS AND GRIEF

Today I am sad. I am grieving. Many of my loved ones have disappeared. They have gone to places or a place that are/is far from me.... and everyone think that the problem of being sad is the money. The reality is that the people in our lives are priceless. It is there where we have the real value of what it is to live. So, some people may feel strong depending on the amount of money they have, the amount of exercise they do, the number of energy drinks they drink, the brand of their clothing, the type of car that they drive... but the reality is that even if we have  enough money, our lives would be in a complete misery if we don't have friends.

And, I say it again, today I am sad. Today I am grieving. Many of my loved ones have passed away without me even having the possibility to assist to their funerals. Now, the saddest sadness is the one of  losing a friend due to the mistakes of the mouth, or better said the mistake of the words we use, or one stupid action, and here we go... then we become subject of their hate.

Dear reader of this short writing, I got to tell you, there are three components that would make you stronger, if you begin to face sadness and grief non stop without knowing what to do, do not give up.
The three components are: faith, patience and time. Being sad is not an easy thing, to grieve could be an excruciating pain in the heart. Guess what?  with faith, patience and time, you can  become stronger and find the real power within yourself. The formula works for me and it will work for you. Just words of wisdom for when you have lost a beloved one, a friend. Remember: FAITH, PATIENCE AND TIME and may God protect you.
